RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT POLICIES TERMS
Individuals: 50% deposit per person with reservations.
Final balance due 45 days prior to arrival date.
Groups: US$ 500 deposit with reservation.
US$ 100 per person 60 days prior to arrival and balance at least 45 days prior to arrival date.
RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL THE ABOVE PAYMENTS ARE RECEIVED.
Full payment of package is due 45 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: Full refund, less the deposit (cancellation fee) if reservations are canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN within 29 days of arrival.
Please Note: Bookings made with short period dates are bound by the above terms and conditions as well, i.e. 50% deposit with the balance due on arrival.
NOTICE! Unused portion of hotel and/or any part of the package plans including dives not taken by customers choice are nontransferable and not refundable.
